Char Steakhouse is an updated take on a traditional steakhouse in south Springfield Missouri - mixing a modern aesthetic with an above and beyond experience to deliver classic dishes with a modern twist.
Char Steakhouse and Oyster Bar is a sister restaurant to Flame Steakhouse and Black Sheep Burgers and Shakes. With an impressive 13,000 square feet, Char finds a way to celebrate every moment in our dining room, lounge, or one of our four private rooms.
Our steaks are hand cut in house with a minimum of 25 days wet age. A wide range of cuts may be found in our dry aging room as you enter. Steak highlights include the 45 oz Prime grade long bone Tomahawk and Snake River Farms wagyu strip. A full oyster bar in the lounge offers a variety of freshly flown-in seafood and oysters.
